Just like many other people, it is likely that you use the computer out of habit. The only way to break a habit is to force yourself to do something different.
A world of exciting and interesting activities is just waiting for you. Write a list of things you’ve always wanted to do, learn, make, or try. Refer to this list when you feel the urge to hop on the computer. Hop into a new sport, game, activity, or craft instead!
Remember, you control the computer. It doesn’t control you.
