Easy Banana Muffins
Before You Begin:
Line 10 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Adult: Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Paper baking cups
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Use a potato masher or a fork to mash the bananas.

- Add the eggs and mix.

- In a separate bowl, mix together the flours, walnuts, sugar, soda, spices, and salt. Add the banana mixture and stir.

- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups. Adult: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
