Cut out eyes, ears, a nose, and teeth from felt. To make the ears and teeth stiffer, glue a second piece of felt to each. Draw a line on the teeth with a marker.
Attach the felt pieces to a brown hat using fabric glue. Use clothespins to keep the ears in place until they’re dry.
