What You’ll Need:
- scissors
- ruler
- felt
- pinking shears
- pompoms
- paper
- hole punch
- glue
- tacky craft glue or Velcro hook-and-loop tape
How to Make It:
-
Cut out three 1-inch-by-7-inch strips of felt. Use pinking shears for zigzag edges.
-
Cut out three leaf shapes from green felt, or use three artificial leaves. Use pompoms, felt, and punched-paper circles to create a ladybug, a caterpillar, and a butterfly. Glue a bug on each leaf. Let the glue dry.
-
Use tacky craft glue or a few stitches to attach pieces of Velcro hook-and-loop tape to the ends of the strips so that you can clasp them around your wrist. Glue or stitch a piece of Velcro on the back of each leaf and in the middle of each strip so that you can attach each bug to a bracelet. Let the glue dry.
-
For fun, switch the bugs on the bracelets whenever you like, or trade bugs with friends.
