Melon-Seed Necklace

What You’ll Need:

• cantaloupe, honeydew, or watermelon seeds
• needle
• strong thread
• beads

How to Make It:

1. Wash and dry the seeds from melons such as cantaloupe, honeydew, or watermelon.

2. With an adult’s help, thread a needle with strong thread, and carefully push it through the center of each seed.

3. String beads between the seeds to add color or to make a pattern.

4. Make the necklace long enough to fit over your head. Knot the ends of the thread.
