Floppy Doll

What You’ll Need:

• small sock
• cotton balls or tissues
• markers
• doll’s old shirt
• large-eye needle
• heavy thread
• scissors
• doll’s old skirt or pants

How to Make It:

1. Stuff the toe of a small sock with cotton balls or tissues. Use markers to add hair and facial features.

2. Pull a doll’s old shirt over the sock. Using a large-eye needle and heavy thread, sew the neck of the shirt onto the sock with a few stitches. Knot the thread at the end, and trim the extra.

3. Pull a doll’s old skirt or pants onto the sock, just under the bottom of the shirt. Sew the skirt or pants to the sock with a few stiches.

4. Keep your doll in your pocket or backpack, or pose it on a shelf.
