Craft Image

How to Make It:

  1. Craft ImageTo form a card, fold a 12-inch-by-18-inch paper in half, then in half again. (If you don’t have large paper, tape together two smaller pieces.)

  2. Write a greeting on the front, and draw ten candles and a menorah (with nine candleholders). Color five candles using one color and five using another.

  3. Open the card. In the center, draw a large Star of David with a tic-tac-toe board and a greeting on it. On the left, draw five dreidels. Color them, using one of the candle colors from the front of the card. On the right, draw five Stars of David. Color them, using the other candle color.

  4. On the back of the card, write How to Play Hanukkah Tic-Tac-Toe. For markers, cut out the dreidels and the stars. For scoring, cut out the menorah and the candles. Each time a player wins a round of tic-tac-toe, he or she places a candle on the menorah. The first player to “light” five candles wins.
