How to Make It:

  1. Cut a Halloween shape and letters from craft foam.

  2. To decorate the shape, glue on the letters and other materials, such as wiggle eyes and craft-foam pieces.

  3. Glue the shape to a paint stirrer, and stick it in the ground.
