What You’ll Need:
- scissors
- 11 wooden barbeque skewers
- glue
- small tube pasta
- paint
How to Make It:
-
Use scissors to snip off the pointy ends of 11 wooden barbeque skewers.
-
Glue small tube pasta (ditalini works well) over the ends of the skewers. Let the glue dry.
-
Paint the wooden sticks in pairs so that you have five pairs each in different colors plus one stick of a sixth color. Let the paint dry completely.
To play, give each pair of sticks a number value. For example, red sticks could be worth one point, blue sticks two points, and the single-color stick ten points. Grasp the sticks in one hand, set them on end, and let go. They’ll scatter in a pile. Try to remove each stick from the pile without disturbing the others. Your turn is over when a stick moves. Whoever gets the most points wins.
