Rangoli: Floor Designs

What You’ll Need:

• broom
• mop
• chalk
• water

How to Make It:

1. Sweep and mop the area outside your door. Let it dry.

2. With a parent’s permission, dip chalk in water and draw a
   one-foot square on the clean area in front of your entrance. Draw a design inside the square.

3. Fill in the design with different colors of chalk. You can make rangoli on special days, like birthdays.
