Every time I see something sweet, I
eat it. How can I remind myself to eat healthy foods?

That’s a great goal! Talk to your parents about having plenty
of healthy foods at home and clearing your cabinets and refrigerator
of sweets with little nutritional value. If you spot a bowl of
fruit on the table instead of a bag of cookies, you’ll probably
be happy to grab an apple or a banana to eat. You could also ask
your parents to help you choose a few healthy treats to carry
in your backpack or purse so that you’ll always have a healthy
choice on hand when you feel hungry.
